How It Works:
After a site review and notification of approval (which
occurs usually within 24 hrs.) members are allowed to
place our seals on their site. This increases credibility
and therefore visitor purchases. Consumers know they can
trust sites that bear the Internet Trade Bureau seal.
Visitors can check a member's status by
clicking on the seal. Visitors can check your rating
based on input from your customers. In the event of a
reasonable complaint, members will be given a chance to
resolve the problem before it affects their status. An
offer of refund is accepted as a resolution to most

The First Step:
First you should enter your site's URL below. Then fill
out the no obligation site review request that follows.
This will give our staff the necessary information to
review your site. Within 24 hours you should receive
notice of approval. Your membership can then be activated
and you will be given instructions on implementing the
ITB seal.
