Im at pre-menopausal period amd suffering from panic attack the doctor give me cymbalta medicine ! how I could know that this panic attacks are from menopausal cause and no need for medication and differ it from panic attack disease which need cure ?

My mum is going through the menopause and she had a 'panic attack' today and i got so worried i thought about ringing 999 but she said she was fine. after a while she was ok. but if it happens again ill ring them just to make sure because she could have heart disease.
